The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of applications for the scholarship programs offered by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) for the 2026–2027 academic year, as part of its efforts to support academic excellence and encourage scientific research in the fields of advanced technology.

These scholarships target outstanding researchers in disciplines related to advanced technology and include Doctoral (PhD) and Post-Doctoral studies.

The deadline for submitting applications via the electronic portal is 31 January 2026. Registration is exclusively carried out through the official scholarship website:
