The University of Blida 1 signed a partnership agreement with the Support and Consulting Center of the State of Blida on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the university headquarters.

The agreement was signed by the President of the University, Professor Mohamed Bezina, and Mr. Mohamed Riad, Director of the Center, in the presence of the Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development, Professor Qawasmiya Lahchem.

This agreement aims to provide technical and advisory support to project leaders, guiding them towards the optimal use of available resources, promoting entrepreneurship in academia, and fostering a spirit of innovation among students and researchers.
