On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 3th, 2026, the Rector of the University, Professor Bezzina Mohamed, chaired a coordination meeting at the University Directorate’s meeting hall. The session brought together the university’s interface managers, representatives of faculties and institutes in charge of interfaces, and the Vice-Rectors for Pedagogy and Scientific Research.
The meeting was dedicated to examining mechanisms for strengthening the culture of entrepreneurship within the university environment and providing support for student project holders. Discussions focused on activating the roles of Entrepreneurship Development Centers (CDE), Business Incubators, and Innovation Support Centers. These efforts aim to materialize the university’s strategic shift toward supporting startups and wealth creation, while also intensifying awareness campaigns and expanding incubation mechanisms across various faculties and institutes.
This meeting reflects the University Administration’s commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and bridging the gap between the university and its socio-economic environment.
