Meeting of the VRDPO members with the ISO 9001 QMS Commission.

On April 19, 2026, at the University of Blida 1, a meeting was held between the members of the Vice-Rectorate for Development, Prospective and Orientation, and the ISO 9001 QMS Commission.

This meeting focused on the analysis and formalization of the public procurement process within the institution.

The discussions made it possible to :

• Present the different steps related to the management of public procurement (from the expression of need to the service order).
• Identify the current practices of the services involved.
• Highlight the areas to be improved to ensure better traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Lay the foundations for a structured and documented procedure, in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system.

A draft procedure was developed based on the information provided, thus constituting a first version to be validated and enhanced.

Objectif de la démarche

L’objectif principal est de :

• Formaliser et standardiser le processus de gestion des marchés publics.
• Garantir la conformité aux exigences réglementaires en vigueur.
• Assurer une traçabilité claire et transparente de toutes les étapes.
• Aligner les pratiques de l’établissement avec les exigences de la norme ISO 9001.
• Améliorer la performance globale et l’efficacité des services dans une logique d’amélioration continue.
