Under the supervision of the Rector of the University of Blida 1, Professor Mohamed Bezzina, the second edition of the awareness campaign regarding Ministerial Decree No. 1275 (as amended and supplemented) was launched this Sunday morning, February 8, 2026, at the Grand Conference Hall. The decree pertains to the “University Degree – Economic Enterprise” mechanism, as part of the national program for student registration under this initiative.
The first day’s activities featured an opening session led by the Rector, who emphasized the strategic importance of this decree in fostering student initiative and entrepreneurship. He highlighted its role in motivating students to invest their academic knowledge into innovative economic projects that contribute to national development and wealth creation.
The program also included a series of lectures and presentations by the directors of university interfaces. These sessions addressed the organizational and practical aspects of Decree 1275, explaining the registration mechanisms, support systems, and coaching available for student project carriers.
This awareness campaign is part of a national effort to sensitize graduating students to the importance of engaging with this ministerial decree. It serves as a practical framework enabling students to transform their ideas and graduation projects into economic startups, thereby strengthening the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the university environment.
Through these initiatives, the University of Blida 1 seeks to solidify the university’s role as a key driver of socio-economic development and an effective space for nurturing creative ideas and turning them into tangible, viable projects.
