We always strive to keep up with technological developments in the field of information and communication to ensure your satisfaction, which is our ultimate goal. With this in mind, we have taken the initiative to meet this challenge by creating an electronic portal on the library’s website, allowing researchers to access it easily and directly.

Library Vision: In the context of globalization, modernization, and digitization adopted by the state, our library is called upon to adopt and understand new management approaches, transitioning from a traditional library to a modern information library with advanced information technologies.

The annual membership allows you to access the library, borrow books, connect to the WiFi network, and benefit from other provided services.

 

  • Internal Regulations of the Faculty of Technology Library

  • First: Conditions for Entering the Library

    • First: Library Entry Eligibility
      Access to the Faculty Library is reserved for:

      • University professors and their students registered in various departments of the Faculty of Technology.

      • Professors and students from other universities, within the framework of inter-university library cooperation.

      Second: General Rules Inside the Reading Room

      • Moving chairs or tables from their places in the reading room is strictly prohibited.

      • Walking around the reading room or library without justification is prohibited.

      • Eating, drinking, or smoking inside the reading room is prohibited.

      • Using mobile phones or any smart devices for calls inside the reading rooms is prohibited.

      • Standing in the reading room, whether seats are available or not, is prohibited.

      • Any behavior that violates university etiquette and regulations is prohibited.

      • All readers are requested to comply with all library rules and regulations.

      Third: Borrowing Services

      1. External Borrowing:

      • Undergraduate students (Bachelor): 2 books and 2 theses for 10 days.

      • Graduate students (Master): 2 books and 2 theses for 10 days.

      • Students from other universities (within library cooperation): 2 books for 10 days.

      • Faculty members: 3 books for 10 days.

      1. Internal Borrowing (On-site Consultation):
        Internal borrowing is limited to:

      • Dictionaries

      • Encyclopedias

      • Single-copy books

      • Theses and scientific dissertations (for consultation only for all categories)

The Lending Desk, which handles loans, settlements, and registration, operates continuously without interruption (no break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).
