Each candidate is required to collect all of the following documents in one file in the format PDFRespecting the order shown below:

The application file consists of:

1. Application form (as per the attached template)).
2. A copy of the baccalaureate certificate transcript.
3. Registration/Re-registration certificates for the five years of the university program.
4. Transcripts for the first four years of study
   (L1/I1، L2/I2، L3/I3، M1/I4 For universities and university centers
   Or CP1، CP2، 1ASC، 2ASC For higher education institutions).
5. Candidate ranking certificate (for his cohort)).
6. Student Star Number Certificate (as per the attached form)).
