Welcome to the official website of the Institute of Applied Science and Technology in the Food Industry (ISTA).
It is a great honor for me to lead this institute, which plays a pivotal role in developing competent and dedicated professionals in the strategic field of food industries. In a world facing major challenges such as food security, the sustainability of production systems, and technological innovation, our mission remains more important than ever.
The ISTA Institute relies on a distinguished pedagogical staff, field training programs that align with the demands of reality, and a network of professional partners, in order to provide an educational environment that encourages excellence, creativity, and innovation.
As Director of the Institute, I pledge to support the dynamics of continuous development, encourage applied research, and strengthen ties between the Institute and various economic and social actors in the food industry sector.
