As part of the competitive examination for access to the rank of Assistant Professor, the Institute of Veterinary Sciences of the University of Blida 1 organized today, July 09, 2025, the selection interviews for candidates who submitted their applications to participate in the competition.
A total of 131 candidates from different provinces of the country applied for this competition, and the interviews were conducted before specialized committees composed of research professors and highly qualified academics in the fields of biology and veterinary sciences.
This competition is intended to fill five positions distributed as follows:
• A position as Assistant Professor in Biology
• Two Assistant Professor positions in veterinary sciences
The evaluation process took place under rigorous organizational conditions, with the committees ensuring that precise and objective criteria were adopted in the study of the candidates' files and their oral interviews, in order to ensure the selection of the most competent and best qualified for these academic positions.
The organization of this competition is part of the strengthening of the Institute's teaching team and the promotion of scientific research and higher education in the fields of biology and veterinary sciences, in line with the university's strategic objectives.
