In the context of continuing to implement the directives of the guardianship and enhancing the field follow-up of the preparations underway for the 2026-2027 university entry, the Director of the University of Blida 1, Professor Bezina Mohamed, on Tuesday, September 08, 2026, made an inspection visit to both of the Ben Boulaid 01 and 02 university residences, accompanied by the Director of University Services of Blida and his staff.
The visit included inspecting the various facilities of the two residences, assessing their readiness to receive students, as well as monitoring the progress of the preparation and rehabilitation work, and inspecting the accommodation, food and equipment facilities, in order to ensure the provision of suitable conditions for receiving students with the start of the academic year.
Incidentally, the University Director stressed the need to intensify field monitoring, ensure the completion of works and address the shortcomings recorded within the specified deadlines, while guaranteeing respect for hygiene, safety and quality standards of services provided to students.
At the end of the visit, the University Director held a coordination meeting with the directors of the university residences in Blida, which was dedicated to assessing the status of the various facilities and the ongoing preparations. He gave a number of practical directives and instructions aimed at completing the planned operations, accelerating the pace of addressing shortcomings, and strengthening the daily monitoring of various aspects of management, in order to ensure the actual readiness of the residences and improve the conditions for receiving and staying with students.
