Scholarship offers in Azerbaijan for enrollment in Master's and PhD programs for the academic year 2026-2027 (Send No. 530-DCEU/SDMEP dated 12-03-2026, attached).

The file must be submitted in digital format as stated in the attached document, along with the following documents:

1. A copy of the first-place certificate (first in the class) issued by the pedagogical officer;

2. Copies of the grade reports.

Please note that only university institutions are authorized to send application files, therefore any file sent directly by students will not be accepted.

Note: The deadline for receiving files is set for April 07, 2026 at 12:00.
