Working visit of the Director of the Higher School of Commerce to the University of Blida 1

On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, the Director of the University of Blida 1, Professor Bezina Mohamed, received the Director of the Higher School of Commerce - University Campus of Koléa, Professor Ishaq Kharchi, as part of a working visit to the university.
The meeting was attended by the gentlemen and ladies: the Vice-Rector of the University in charge of development, foresight and guidance, along with a number of executives from the Higher School of Commerce.
The meeting addressed prospects for developing cooperation and exchanging experiences, particularly in the areas of digital transformation, developing training methods and approaches, interdisciplinary specializations, innovation and entrepreneurship, and smart university services, in line with the transformations taking place in higher education and the knowledge economy.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views on the requirements for transitioning to fourth-generation university institutions, and to strengthen partnerships and openness to the national and international environment, in order to contribute to improving the quality of education, research and innovation.
