As part of the ongoing preparations for the 2026-2027 academic year, the Director of the University of Blida 1, Professor Bezina Mohamed, on the morning of Sunday, September 13, 2026, conducted a field inspection visit to the Soumaâ 04 “Zoubida Hammadouche” University Residence, accompanied by the Director of University Services in Blida, Mr. Hosseini Mustafa, and the directorate’s staff, to assess its readiness to receive female students and ensure the provision of suitable conditions for accommodation, food, and university services.

The visit included an inspection of the various accommodation facilities, reviewing the preparation, maintenance and equipment works, as well as assessing the readiness of the accommodation suites, the restaurant, the common facilities and sports spaces.

Incidentally, the University Director urged the need to complete the works and address the recorded shortcomings, and to strengthen hygiene, health, security and safety procedures, with special attention to the external environment and recreational spaces, in order to ensure a decent and appropriate university environment for female students.
