Guidelines for submitting research papers: Submitted papers must be original, previously unpublished, and have not been submitted to or considered by any other entity, and must be written in English. The paper should not exceed eight (08) pages, including figures and references, and should follow the IEEE conference template (in PDF format).
All entries will be subject to a double-blind scientific review process. The names and affiliations of the authors must be removed from the submitted version. Acceptance depends on the quality, relevance, authenticity, and clarity of the presentation.
