In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 12-23 of 05/08/2023 establishing the general rules relating to public procurement, as well as Presidential Decree No. 15/247 of 16/09/2015, the University of Blida 1 announces a national open tender with minimum qualification requirements No.: 06/JB1/2026, subject of which is:

Study and follow-up of the rehabilitation works of university residences, section 2026 - Blida Province

Lot No. 01: University Residences, Soumaâ 1 and Soumaâ 2
Lot No. 02: University Residences, Soumaâ 3 and Soumaâ 5
Session No. 03: University Residences Ben Boulaid

Contractors eligible to participate are those who meet the following conditions:

a) Technical capabilities:
Human Resources: One (01) Project Manager, Civil Engineer or Architect, with at least 07 years of experience, proven by a certificate of success, work certificate, and a valid membership certificate valid on the date of bid opening.
Professional references: Completion of at least (01) projects in the field of study and follow-up of work of the same nature, proven by a certificate of good performance during the last five (05) years (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025).
