The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research received an offer from the Indian Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) for a scholarship program at the Master's and PhD levels.

It should be noted that the certificates obtained from this institute are accredited by the Washington Convention and the British Institution of Engineering and Technology.
