Following the correspondence from the Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchange, concerning the allocation of scholarships for Algerian students for the academic year 2026-2027 to pursue a doctoral degree at the University of Nouakchott Al-Asriya in the disciplines offered by the university, I have the honor to request, for the second time, that you kindly take the necessary measures to select students wishing to apply for the scholarship offer, from among the top students of the cohort who obtained a Master's degree and/or a State Engineer's degree for the academic year 2024-2025, as follows:

Regional seminar for central universities: 15 students + 02 on the reserve list.
The files of selected students must be submitted before June 14, 2026, as the deadline, and must be accompanied by an electronic copy. The file consists of the following documents:

Baccalaureate certificate results revealed;
A copy of the transcripts for the university course of study;
A copy of the Bachelor's degree certificate (students belonging to national higher education institutions are not required to provide this document);
A copy of the Master's degree certificate and/or State Engineer's degree certificate for the academic year 2024-2025;
Certificate of ranking in the batch;
PhD thesis project;
A copy of the first page of the passport;
Candidate files must also be compiled in PDF format.

The disciplines covered by these scholarships are the disciplines available at the aforementioned university, namely: Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Law, Economics, Management Sciences, Geography, Arabic Literature, and History.
Applications submitted directly by students, or submitted after the specified deadlines, will not be accepted.
