In accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 23-12 of August 5, 2023, which sets out the general rules relating to public procurement, the University of Blida 1 announces Consultation No. 08/J.B1/2026 from 07/26/2026 to 08/04/2026, relating to the following project:

Study and follow-up of the works to prepare the spaces allocated for six (06) scientific research laboratories for the benefit of the University of Blida 1

Only accredited consulting firms and architects registered on the National Register of Architects, who meet the following minimum eligibility requirements, are permitted:
• Professional competence: Possessing accreditation issued by the Order of Architects for architects, and by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development for civil engineers.
• Professional Experience: Completion of at least one project in the field of studying and monitoring development works (with proof of this through certificates of good performance or final acceptance reports issued by official bodies). Accredited consulting firms and architects registered in the National Register of Engineers interested in this announcement may obtain the specifications document directly, or through their legal representative (agency), from:

Offers must be accompanied by original legal documents that have not exceeded their validity period.
