In accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 23-12 of August 5, 2023, which sets out the general rules relating to public procurement, the University of Blida 1 announces Consultation No. 07/J.B1/2026 from 07/07/2026 to 14/07/2026 concerning the following project:

 Land preparation and stabilization works for the Ben Boulaid 01 residence

Qualified and competent bidders holding a professional qualification and classification certificate for primary or secondary activity in construction or public works, category 2 or higher, with a total turnover for the last three years (2023, 2024 and 2025) equal to or exceeding five million Algerian dinars (5,000,000 DZD), stamped by the tax authorities, and those interested in this announcement may obtain the specifications document from:

Offers must be accompanied by original legal documents that have not exceeded their validity period.

1- Application file:
 1) Declaration of candidacy (filled out, dated and signed);

 3) A valid professional qualification and classification certificate in construction or public works as a primary or secondary activity, category 2 and above (certified true copy).
