In accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 23-12 of August 5, 2023, which sets out the general rules relating to public procurement, the University of Blida 1 announces Consultation No. 03/J.B.1/2026 from 04/26/2026 to 05/03/2026 concerning the following project:

Study and follow-up of the works for preparing and stabilizing the land for the Ben Boulaid 1 residence

Only consulting firms that meet the following minimum eligibility requirements are permitted:
– Professional capabilities: Possessing a valid accreditation issued by the competent authority in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Professional references: Those who have completed at least one study in the field of land stability for support works, retaining walls or similar projects (proofed by a certificate of good performance issued by the owner of a public project) (with proof of this by certificates of good performance or final acceptance reports issued by official bodies).

Offers must be accompanied by original legal documents that have not exceeded their validity period.

3) A valid accreditation issued by the competent authority in accordance with the applicable regulations;
4) Professional references (certificates of good performance or final acceptance reports of the same nature for completed projects delivered by the owner of a public project);
