Announcement of an open national tender with minimum capacity requirements

The University of Blida 1 announces an open national call for tenders with minimum qualification requirements in accordance with Articles 37, 38, 39 and 46 of Law No. 23-12 dated August 5, 2023, which sets out the general rules relating to public procurement, concerning the following project:

 Completion of the works to prepare the premises of the Surface and Materials Treatment Research Laboratory for the benefit of the University of Blida 1

Qualified and competent bidders holding a professional qualification and classification certificate for primary or secondary construction activity, category three (3) or higher, and who have completed at least one construction project of the same nature, proven by a certificate of good performance issued by a public project owner, with an average turnover for three years (2022, 2023 and 2024) equal to or exceeding thirteen million Algerian dinars (13,000,000 DZD) stamped by the tax authorities, may obtain the specifications document from:

Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of two thousand (2.000,00) Algerian dinars to the main accounting agency, University of Blida 1

Offers must be accompanied by original legal documents that have not exceeded their validity period.

1- Application file:

1) Declaration of candidacy (filled out, dated and signed);

2) Declaration of integrity (completed, dated and signed);

3) Valid professional qualification and classification certificate in construction as a primary or secondary activity. Three (3) And above;
