Announcement of an open national tender with minimum capacity requirements

The University of Blida 1 announces an open national call for tenders with minimum qualification requirements, in accordance with Articles 37, 38, 39 and 46 of Law No. 23-12 of August 5, 2023, which sets out the general rules relating to public procurement, concerning the following project:

Acquisition, installation and commissioning of scientific equipment for a research laboratory on the arterial wall and hypertension in Algeria for the benefit of the University of Blida 1

– Session No. 01: Cardiac and vascular imaging equipment;
– Session No. 02: Equipment for measuring arterial stiffness;
– Session No. 03: Biochemical Analysis Equipment;
– Session No. 05: Equipment for measuring arterial pressure and heart rate.

Note: Contractors can participate with their bid in one or more lots, and they must guarantee the human and technical resources for each lot.

The open national call for tenders is addressed to any natural or legal person regularly registered in the commercial register and possessing the required status for each share, with qualifications in the field:
Manufacturers, legal representatives, importers or wholesalers in the field of scientific or medical research equipment.
- Those who have completed at least one project in the field of scientific or medical equipment, justified by a certificate of good performance for the last five years (2021/2022/2023/2024/2025) issued by the owner of a public project.
