Each applicant must compile the following documents into a single PDF file, in the order shown below:
The application file includes:
  1. Application form (form attached)
  2. Copy of Bachelor's Degree Transcript
  3. Proof of enrollment/re-enrollment for all five years of undergraduate study
  4. Transcript of grades for the first four years of study (L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4 for universities and university centers, or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for graduate schools)
  5. Applicant classification certificate (for their graduation semester)
  6. Student assessment certificate (form attached).
PDF files of candidates from each institution
The Excel file should also be compiled into a single folder.
