Announcement of an open national tender with minimum capacity requirements

The University of Blida 1 announces an open national call for tenders with minimum qualification requirements in accordance with Articles 37, 38, 39 and 46 of Law No. 23-12 of August 5, 2023, which sets out the general rules relating to public procurement, concerning the following project:

Maintenance work on the dam at the University of Blida 1 - (Section 6)

Session No. 01: ARENE (Sports Hall).

Vocational training and activity:

Professional qualification and classification certificate: Category 3 (03) and above in the field of construction as a primary or secondary activity. ((Required activity code) (metal structure) : ) 219 / 3822

Financial capabilities:
Total turnover for the last three years (2023 – 2024 – 2025) ≥ 10,000,000 (DZD) Ten million Algerian dinars

Professional references (experience):
Similar project: Completion of at least one (01) similar project (metal structure) within the last five (05) years

Session No. 02: Wing 27; Veterinary Science Institute Wing.
Professional qualification and classification certificate: Category three (03) and above in the field of construction (as a primary or secondary activity).
Required activity code (waterproofing/sealing): From code 333/3331 to code 333/3333

Financial capabilities:
Total turnover for the last three years (2023 – 2024 – 2025) ≥ 10,000,000 (DZD) Ten million Algerian dinars

Professional references (experience):
Similar project: Completion of at least one (01) similar project (renovation, maintenance or rehabilitation work) during the last five (05) years
