Announcement of an open national tender with minimum capacity requirements

The University of Blida 1 announces an open national call for tenders with minimum qualification requirements in accordance with Articles 39, 40, 42, 44, 61 and 62 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 dated 09/16/2015 concerning the organization of public contracts and public service delegations, relating to the following project:

Road and network renovation works at Blida 1 University

Contractors holding the special qualification certificate are required to do the following:
1. Holders of a qualification certificate in public works (primary or secondary activity) category: three (03) or more.
2. Those who have previously completed at least one (01) project in the last five years of the same nature of works (roads or various roads and networks) (justified by completion certificates submitted by the owner of a public project) starting from the date of provisional grant.
